At Healthy Glow Esthetics Studio, every guest’s comfort and experience are a top priority.

We will always do our best to accommodate appointment requests; however, reservations in advance are highly recommended to ensure preferred service times.

Guests must be 18 years or older to schedule any service. Appointments for individuals under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian.

To maintain the peaceful and tranquil environment our guests value, and to comply with insurance guidelines, all visitors must be at least 14 years old to be on the premises. Thank you for understanding and helping preserve the spa’s serene atmosphere.

Appointments can be scheduled by email/text or through our website. A text and/or email reminder will be sent within one day of your scheduled appointment through our secure Square system.

All personal information provided is kept strictly confidential and will never be sold or shared with outside parties.

🕒 Check-In Policy – HGE

To ensure the full value and relaxation of each service, guests are encouraged to arrive promptly for their appointments.

For new clients, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete a brief intake form and allow for a smooth, personalized experience.

🚫 Restrictions – HGE

To ensure every guest enjoys the full splendor and pampering of their service, please turn off or silence all cell phones while inside the Studio Spa.

Healthy Glow Esthetics Studio is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items.

Any sexual or unethical solicitations are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the service and may be reported to the proper authorities.

Healthy Glow Esthetics Studio is a smoke-free environment, dedicated to maintaining a clean, calm, and respectful atmosphere for all guests.

🌿 Health, Allergies, or Pregnancy Considerations – HGE

When scheduling or attending an appointment, please inform our staff of any health conditions, limitations, allergies (including to medications or fruits), physical ailments, or medications currently being taken. Guests who are pregnant are also encouraged to share this information so that services can be adjusted for safety and comfort.

During your treatment, please notify your therapist immediately if you experience any discomfort.

After your service, it is suggested—but not required—that you wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow your skin to breathe. For those who have received underarm waxing, please wait a few hours before applying deodorant.

Guests scheduled for spa facials or body treatments will be provided with a wrap or robe to change into privately, ensuring comfort and modesty throughout the experience.

👗 What to Wear – HGE

A wrap or robe will be provided for your comfort during your visit.

For facial appointments, it is recommended to arrive without makeup to allow for a more effective treatment. Please inform your esthetician if you are wearing contact lenses or currently using skin medications such as Retinol or Accutane, so your service can be customized safely and appropriately for your skin’s needs.

🎁 Gift Cards – HGE

HGE Gift Cards are always welcome and may be redeemed for services or product purchases. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

Please present your Gift Card at checkout; otherwise, you will be responsible for any charges incurred during your visit to the Studio Spa.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, and HGE Gift Cards for in-studio purchases.

Afterpay is also available for online transactions only.

💐 Gratuities – HGE

Gratuities (tips) are not included in service prices but are greatly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity ranges from 15% to 20% of the total cost of the service provided.
